Othellophobia is an adaptation of Shakespeare’s play incorporating physical theatre, dance and martial arts.

The production exploits the text’s obsession with beastliness and the demonic by exposing these images through grotesque physical caricature.

In addition to the production there will an installation event devised by Alex Hoare at the Great Bath, Pump Rooms, Bath on Sunday 7th March 2004 which explores site, memory and image in relation to the production.
